Following this, he founded the Mitchell Family Office as a platform to manage investments and provide opportunities for future generations. In 2018, Mark co-founded Lorient Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower-middle-market healthcare investments. He remained the largest investor until 2022, when he sold his interests.
